Through the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE), this posting seeks motivated undergraduate, graduate and faculty to engage in collaborative research with scientists at the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Research and Innovation Center (R&IC) located in Morgantown, WV. NETL is seeking researchers for the 12 projects in the following research areas (RAs):

1. Online Recursive System Identification and Adaptive Control of Hybrid Power Systems

2. RAMAN Gas Analyzer for Control in Advanced Power Systems

3. Supervisory Control

4. Anode Recycle

5. Component Degradation

6. Startup and Electrochemical Light-off

7. MISO + SISO or Feed Forward MISO

8. Cyber-Physical Chemical Looping Reactor Observer

9. Fuel Flexibility in Hybrid Systems

10. Compressor Surge and Stall

11. Modeling the NETL Microgrid

12. Magneto Hydro Dynamics
