Interested in joining the Women’s March on Austin? Two buses are leaving from Rice on Saturday, January 21st, at 7:00 am. Participants will join the march in Austin, and will arrive back on campus around 8 pm that night.
Cost to ride the bus is $10 for students, and $25 for faculty/staff/other. A group of Rice faculty are organizing the trip and subsidizing the student price to encourage student attendance. Please contact Margaret Beier (beier@rice.edu) with questions.
Seats on the bus are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be received for your place to be reserved. Confirmation will be sent within two days of your signing up and instructions for the ride a few days beforehand.
